Join us at the Apollo for 20 minutes of Mindfulness prior to the screening of Walk With Me. We will begin with simple movements to bring our attention to our body and breathing. Then we explore a few beginner-friendly mindfulness techniques. This session is included in the purchase of your ticket for the film. Led by Leslie Stokman of Queen Street Yoga.
