Can I pick my seat when I buy my ticket?
Seats are chosen on a first come, first served basis. We do not currently have a seat selection program in place.
I have an Access 2 Card, do I have to pay for my PSW?
We do accept the Access2 cards. When a cardholder presents the Access 2 Card, the support person is then given one free or discounted admission.
When will you play the movie I want to see?

Do I have to buy tickets online?
Our physical box office opens 30 minutes prior to each show’s start time. We recommend online ticket purchases, but we do take cash, credit and debit at the door as well.
How do I buy tickets online?
First, head to the schedule or directly to the film of your choosing. To get to the schedule, click “Buy Tickets” and then “Schedule.” Then choose your film from the calendar shown. Alternatively, you can get directly to the film page from the main menu’s scroller images.
Second, after you’ve selected your film, choose “Buy Tickets” next to the list of dates.
Log in to your membership account, if applicable (see below).
Click “Buy Tickets” again below the image, next to the showing time of your choice.
Proceed to checkout. Enter your payment details. Your tickets will be emailed to you. Please keep the QR code (we recommend adding to your digital wallet for easy access) to use on entry.
How do I login to my account or access my membership card?
Sign in using email/password or member number/password (not customer number, member number). If you have never signed in before, please click the box that says “Don’t have an account yet?” and create an account.
On the account details screen, select “My Benefits” to add the member QR code to your digital wallet. Alternatively, select “View Your Orders” and choose the order date matching the date you purchased your membership. You can print or save the QR code from there.
How do I purchase tickets for multiple members in one transaction?
We allow members to purchase up to two member tickets in one transaction, trusting that the second ticketholder is indeed a member. Beyond this, you’ll need to complete two (or more) transactions under separate member accounts.
How do I pay for concessions?
We take cash, debit and credit. Right now we prefer card-based payments please!
What is your refund / exchange policy?
Ticket sales can be refunded up to 15 mins after the movie starts. Exchanges need to be made 24 hours before the start time of the show. All membership sales are final.
How do I use my gift certificate online?
At the payment screen, enter the entire number on the gift certificate. For the pin number, use the last 4 digits of the number.
How old do I have to be to get a senior membership?
Our senior memberships are geared toward 65+.
