How do two members purchase seats together?
Unfortunately, right now, this is not an option due to COVID-19 restrictions on seating and spacing. In order to sit together, tickets must be purchased in the same transaction.
How do I pay for concessions?
We take cash, debit and credit. Right now we prefer card-based payments please!
What are your COVID-19 policies?

Do I have to pay for my PSW/support person? I have an Access2Card.
We don’t officially accept the Access2Card program yet, but are working to have this set up. Please send us a message at [email protected] to ensure an additional comp ticket can be added to your transaction.
Can I get a refund?
All tickets are final sale, with no exchanges or refunds possible. That being said, we know we’re all human and things happen! Please contact us for possible exceptions.
When will you play the movie I want to see?

Our physical box office opens 30 minutes prior to each show’s start time.
