And indeed, the women are restored to their youthful beauty… while also transforming into unkillable vixens.
Robert Zemeckis’s macabre treat is a hilarious and pointed sendup of Hollywood’s obsession with youth and beauty—or, as Streep recently observed, “it’s sort of a documentary on aging in Los Angeles now.”
