COVID-19 Measures
Updated: January 27, 2023
As of June 24, 2022, we no longer require patrons to wear masks in the cinema. Masks will continue to be strongly recommended, particularly when physical distancing is not possible.
We appreciate the continued support of the Apollo Cinema, as well as the guidance, patience and understanding from our members. We hope to see you at the theatre soon!
Symptom-free policy:
We ask that you do not attend shows or events at the cinema if you are experiencing fever, chills, sore throat, shortness of breath, a new or worsening cough, and/or new muscle aches, or headache.
We also ask that you do not attend if you are a known contact of someone who has tested positive with COVID-19, and you have not tested negative.
What we're doing:
All our staff are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and complete a health check at the beginning of each shift.
We’re sanitizing high-contact surfaces on a regular basis, as well as between shows wherever possible.
We’re asking you to purchase tickets in advance wherever possible, to allow us to coordinate having the proper number of staff on hand for showtimes.
We’re accepting debit and credit payments at all points of sale, to allow for a contactless experience.
We are operating at full capacity, but feel comfortable that the additional safety measures we’ve taken will mitigate any COVID-19 potential risk.
